Description:
The Espec TSE-12-A thermal shock chamber was especially developed for carrying out thermal shock tests on small products. In order to find weak spots in a product, a standard temperature test is often not sufficient. A more extreme temperature change in the form of a thermal shock test can then be a good solution.
A lift system moves the test product from a warm to a cold test room, and vice versa, within a matter of seconds. These cycles sometimes have to be repeated 1,000 times or more, depending on the test standard. Programming the different test profiles is easy, using the user-friendly Espec touch panel control. The TSE-12-A can store up to 40 test programs in the controller. Remote communication with the shock chamber (via Ethernet) is also possible.
